What I loved the most was the convenience of placing the order. There was a large variety to choose from and it was delivered in a timely fashion. Due to COVID 19 my family was unable to attend my uncle's funeral, it was comforting to know we where able to have a token of our love for the funeral.

I ordered the Serene Retreat, but when I went to the wake a vase with cut flowers were there from me. I purposely ordered a plant for the family to take home as a keepsake. Totally disappointed and unacceptable.

While sitting in the front pew with my Brother-in-law Ralph,the widower,I had a chance to look over all the floral arrangements and did not see the one pictured above. Instead, I saw a nice ceramic dish with an arrangement that included red roses with some of the green plants and the peace lily. It looked lovely. Thanks for doing such a nice job. Ingrid Baird

The arrangement was small for the 82+ dollars spent, the container was not as nice, and there was a festive Christmas bow attached for a funeral. Will not use this service again.

I was disappointed I did not receive an email as I was promised when the plant was delivered. I had to contact my son to make sure it had arrived on time. I live in South Dakota and the funeral was in Illinois so I could not check for myself.

A very close friend in a distant county went to be with the Lord. She had been a great help to us in past years in the Lord's work. We were not able to be with the family. I made a call to the Sympathy Store team whose address was listed with the funeral home. They located a florist in the area that was open on Labor Day. We appreciated their willingness to help us remember our friend.

I was disappointed with this arrangement. What we got looks nothing like the picture shown. It wasn't full with plants and did not have the flower either. Very underwhelming and for a funeral this was really frustrating to see.

I was extremely impressed there was an online version of ordering flowers, time of delivery, all details were covered in your order. How difficult it is to find florist within towns your unfamiliar with. You saw exactly what you were going to get as well. Thank you for your business to help me with this difficult time as well.

When I saw the item I ordered at Della vechio funeral home in southington ct , on Tuesday Aug13, the item was a lot smaller than shown and the container was different I was disappointed.

To be honest, the three contributors were extremely disappointed. So much so that one contributor took a ruler to measure the plant and pot. This $70 arrangement was 10X12, not the 14 1/2 by 15 described in the details.Plus a $20 service fee. $90 should get you more. If someone had not been local, we would not have known how tiny this plant was. We will not use or recommend the Sympathy Store for any future "life tributes". This was so embarrassing.

Our friend showed me the plant that I sent to them via the Sympathy Store . I have done my share of buying and sending flowers via TeleFlowers or ProFlowers and the flowers were not always the freshest. To be safe, I ordered potted plant instead. I am very satisfied with how they used a heavy ceramic pot and the plants were beautiful and strong-looking, just like in the picture. I highly recommend the store.

I am super disappointed with you. My arrangement never arrived at Ms Garner 's service. I only saw one Dish Garden and it was so beneath what I paid for there is no way your people could expect that to be satisfactory. At this point I am so done with your company.

Maybe it is because it was my first experience sending flowers on-line, I was not prepared for such an expensive "handling" fee! I have since then gotten in touch with a friend who gave me the number of a local florist; will try it out next time to compare (even though I truly hope there will not be a next time soon)!

Was under the impression that this plant was much larger and the picture showed this to be in a ceramic pot and it showed up to be in basket, which is cheaper looking, and there was definitely not all the plants that is showed in picture, it appeared that it was supposed to have 4-5 different plants in it yet, there was only 2 main plants and the leaves were even showing brown areas, we all chipped in from work to get a nice plant for our friends father and were very disappointed, and even embarrassed with the plant that came, the card that was on the plant looked bigger than the actual plant. We will not be ordering again.

THE LOSS OF A LOVED ONE IS OVERWHELMING, BUT THE SYMPATHY STORE WEBSITE MADE SENDING A BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT SO EASY. I ALSO APPRECIATED THE CONFIRMATION EMAILS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING SYMPATHY STORE.

I sent the plant to a friend out of state, so I never had a chance to see it in person. However, the service was excellent and I would definitely order again.
