Rose Mary Norman, 75, of Evansville, was born on January 9, 1951 to the late Nola Marie Norman and Richard Norman, she passed away peacefully on May 1, 2026, at Brickyard Healthcare, surrounded by her loving family.
Rose Mary was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who cherished her family above all else. She was known for her caring heart, selfless nature, and unwavering devotion to those she loved. A hard worker throughout her life, she always put her family first.
She had a gift for bringing joy to others. Her sense of humor could light up a room, and she had a way of making people laugh even in difficult times. Rose Mary was known for speaking honestly and plainly—she told it like it was—and that sincerity was part of what made her so deeply loved and respected by family and friends.
Rose Mary had a deep love for music. Whenever a song was playing, she could often be found dancing and singing. Her joyful spirit, warm heart, and loving nature will be remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Tony Norman.
She is survived by her children, Sharice Moss, Tonya Sherman, Marcella Brown, and Benjamin Brown; 21 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Richard Lee Norman, Larry Norman, Nola Norman, Sharon Graham, Patricia Norman, Carolyn Jackson, Theresa Jackson, Sheila Norman, Darlene Norman, and Tina Norman.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Mason Brothers Memorial Chapel.
