Phoebe Sarah Schindler, 65, transitioned from Earth to Eternity on April 4, 2024 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital. She was born in Poplar, Montana, and was a member of the Fort Peck Assinniboine Sioux Tribe. Recently, she relocated to Evansville to be with her daughters.
Phoebe loved to make arts & crafts, especially jewelry. She enjoyed listening to all genres of music including Rock and Country Music. Her favorite artists were Pink Floyd and Jelly Roll.
Her parents, Fred Schindler and Lucelle Chasinghawk, preceded her in death.
She leaves to cherish her memories, daughters: Julia Dawn, Jessica Dawn, and Jennifer Dawn; sister: Frieda Schindler; niece, Brandi Schindler; aunt, Victoria who is the eldest descendant of their tribe.
