Pamela Kay Carter, age 65, passed away peacefully at home with family and close friends on February 11, 2024, after an incredibly courageous battle with cancer.
Pamela's beautiful smile and sunny disposition made so many people feel warm and special in her presence. She was creative in jewelry making, sewing, decorating, and painting. She loved to cook, listen to music, read her Bible and devotional literature, go for walks, and relax on the porch basking in the sunshine with family and friends. She had a laugh that was infectious and filled the room with joy. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her daughter, Tarryl Jackson; sisters, Louise Milan, Peggy Harris, and Patricia Hamilton; brother, Paul Carter; and several nieces and nephews.
"For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, 'Do not fear; I will help you.'"
