Lee Hawkins, Jr. 82, was called home to be with the Lord on September 1, 2022, at Golden Living Nursing Home-Woodland. He was a 1960 Graduate of Lincoln High School. After graduation, he served in the Marine Corp then moved to Missouri and worked at Chrysler for 25 years. He was a member of Watkins Temple Church of God in Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Velma and John Jones; brothers: Charles Hawkins and Ricardo Jones.
Lee is survived by his wife of 25 years: Ethel Hawkins; daughter: Latise (David) Agee of Montgomery, Alabama; son: Walter Ricardo Hawkins of Kentucky; sister: Carolyn Hale (Elder Matthew Hale); and grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and a host of cousins.
