Everett Marshcell Nunn

Everett M Nunn, son of the late Sammie Copeland and Claudetta Nunn, was born on January 10, 1967, in Evansville, IN. He was tragically taken too soon on November 22, 2025.

Everett graduated with his GED and later obtained his cosmetology license from Roger’s Hair Academy. He was the proud owner of Everett Scissor Hands Barber Shop. He was also an independent contractor through DHL. Everett was known for his warm heart, uplifting spirit, and the way he made every person he met feel valued. He devoted his life to his family and community, always showing up with love, laughter, and a helping hand. 

In addition to his parents, Everett was preceded in death by his brothers, Daryl Foster and Tony Robinson; his sister, Latonya Copeland; his granddaughter, Evelynn Wright; and his nephew, Ian Bavone.

Everett is survived by his children, Delicia Simmons, David Simmons, Maria Groves, Jaida Nunn, and Dredon Nunn; his soulmate of 28 years, Nina Anzalone. He is also survived by two sisters, Karen (Bobby) Robinson and Carla (Wayne) Robinson; his grandchildren, Ella Wright, Eyden Groves, RaiElle Cordray, Davon Reed, Zayden Simmons, Emerald Bean; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who cherished him deeply. He was the kind of man who could brighten any room with his presence. His generosity and his strength inspired everyone around him.

Family and friends will gather, at a later date, to honor his legacy, share memories, and find comfort in one another. Everett’s life left a lasting impact on all who knew him, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those he loved.
