Mrs. Bettie Ann Mitchell

Bettie Ann Mitchell was born to the late Jessie Dawson and Imer Lambert on October 7, 1939, in Madisonville, KY. She was a graduate of Rosenwald High School class of 1958. She departed this life on Monday, December 19, 2022, at 3:40 pm.

Bettie accepted Christ at Lively Stone Church of God in Nortonville, Kentucky at an early age. She was employed at Hopkins County for some years, and later retired from General Electric (GE) Aviation after Twenty (20) years of service. In her spare time, Bettie loved working crossword puzzles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Roy Douglas Mitchell; brothers: Joe, Bill, and Luther Dawson; and son: Samuel Douglas Mitchell.

She leaves to cherish her memory children: Joann Mitchell, Pam Weaver, and Tammie Conn all of Madisonville, KY., Shirley (Donnis) Hightower of Danville, VA, Keith (Vanessa) Mitchell of Las Vegas NV; sister: Carolyn Johnson; twenty-three (23) grandchildren, fifty-one (51) great-grandchildren, and six (6) great-great-grandchildren.

A mask is required for both services.
