Ronald Fields was called to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday June 12, 2016 with his loving wife, Debrah by his side.

Ronald was born May 16, 1943 to his parents, Oscar and Marguerite Fields. At a young age, he became a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church.

Ronald worked at Whirlpool for 43 years before retiring. He served in the Army for four years in Ft. Carson, Colorado. Ronald never met a stranger and was friendly with everyone he passed on the street.

Ronald was preceded in death by both his parents and sister, Anna Louise Adams from Indianapolis IN.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 17 years, Debrah; his daughters, Kimberly Fields of Chicago IL and Tamera Fields of Evansville IN; his son, Taron Fields of Evansville IN; one step-son, Troy Smith of Evansville IN; two brothers, James (Evelyn) Fields of Evansville IN and Oscar (Angie) Fields of Evansville IN; 8 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Friday, June 17, 2016 at 1:00pm at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church with visitation from 11:00am until service time. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Condolences may be left at www.masonbrothersfs.com
