Renee Henry Clayton

Renee Michele Henry Clayton was born to the Rev. Charles and the late JoAnn Henry in Paducah, KY. Renee affirmed her faith in Jesus Christ during her youth at the St. James CME Church where she was also a member of the choir.
Renee was blessed to use her training as a CNA and certified phlebotomist to be a caregiver to her mother JoAnn and sister Sharon, both of whom preceded her in death. Renee worked as management for companies within Paducah, KY and Hendersonville, TN.
Renee met the love of her life, Darryl Clayton, who lived next door to her brother Chucky in St. Louis. They spent their life loving to travel and enjoying their family.
The Lord saw fit to call Renee home on Monday, May 14, 2018 at 6:35am at Sumner County Hospital in Gallatin, TN.
Renee leaves to cherish her memory her devoted husband, Darryl Clayton of Gallatin TN; one step-son, Justin Stringer of St. Louis MO; a Godson, Dylan Graves of Gallatin TN; her father, Rev. Dr. Charles K. Henry Sr. (Wanda) of Evansville IN; her mother-in-law, Johnnie M. Clayton of St. Louis MO; one brother, Charles K. Henry Jr. of St. Louis MO; two sisters: Christine Hagen of St. Louis MO and CheRhonda Greenlee (Marreo) of Louisville, KY; and one sister-in-law, Cherise Clayton of St. Louis MO. She also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and extended family & friends.
Services are Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 11:00am at Cleaves Memorial C.M.E. Church in Evansville, IN. Visitation 10:00am until service time. R. Mason Brothers Memorial Chapel is in charge. www.masonbrothersfs.com
