Martin Futrell Perry, Sr. was born on October 19, 1966, in Greenwood, Mississippi. He departed this life on October 12, 2021.
He received his education in the Memphis public schools graduating from Memphis East High School.
Martin was self-employed in the insurance industry. He was actively involved in SIMA, St. John’s Lodge #4 in Henderson, KY and was a loyal and faithful member of the Memorial Baptist Church.
Martin leaves to cherish his memory, his queen, Valarie E. Perry; his children, Markus Perry, Marye Perry, Martin Perry, Jr., Derien Perry, and Demetrius Perry; Stepson, Euriko Johnson; a sister, Debra McGregor; sixteen grandchildren; one great-grandson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
A face mask is required for both events.
