Gloria Bell

Gloria Jean Bell 73, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2021. She was born to James Mason and Mary Alexander on January 21, 1947, in Owensboro, Kentucky.
Gloria was employed by Whirlpool Corporation for 19 years and Casino Aztar for 13 years. She also served as a foster grandparent for CAPE of Evansville. She loved her church family and was a member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Gloria had a giving and loving heart and always loved helping others.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers: Donald R. Phelps, Ronald Mason, and Fredrick Lee Phelps; sister: Carolyn Briggs.
Gloria leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 27 years, James W. Bell Jr.; daughter: Robbin Calhoun; son: James (Shawna) Bell III; granddaughters: Brehlyn Calhoun, Kabrisha Bell, Kiyonce Bell; grandsons: Kahlontaj Bell, Jayante Bell; sisters: Annie Bard, Diane Simmons, Linda Talbott, and Jaymee (Frank) Mason; brothers: James (Connie) Talbott, Terry (Rose) Talbott and Peter Durr; sister-in-law: Joann Mason and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She also had a special cousin/sister Rita Calhoun.
