Mr. Frank Dee-Pee Terry

June 22, 1937 — February 13, 2022

Frank “Dee-Pee” Terry Jr., 84, transitioned from Earth to Eternity on February 13, 2022, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana He was born in Henderson, Kentucky to the late Margarett Hickerson Robbinson and Oscar D. (Frank) Terry. He graduated from Douglas High School in Henderson Kentucky. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and served for several years before returning home to work as a custodian for Ellis Park Racetrack.

During his high school years, he played basketball, baseball, and boxed. He was an avid University of Kentucky sports fan, and a member of Bethany Apostolic Church in Evansville, Indiana.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: Albert Farrell and stepmother: Geraldine K. Terry.

He is survived by his sisters: Gloria (Keith) Talley and Barbara Jobe; brothers: Peter Terry, Oscar Terry, Jr., and Robert Ferrell; cousin: James Hickerson and a dear friend and caregiver Roberta Frazier; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A mask is is required for both services.
