Frances E. Steppe

Frances E. Steppe, born on February 29, 1956 to William and Hilda Watkins, passed away February 6, 2021.
Frances was a member of Eastview Baptist Church. She had been employed at Watkins Rest Home and General Electric for 36 years in the Laser Department as a Flex Operator.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by daughter: Nicki Watkins of Madisonville; son: Demetris Steppe of Louisville, KY; grandchildren: RaeKwon Qualls , Cayden Taylor, Amaya Merritt of Princeton, KY; great-grandchildren: Raelynn Qualls of Madisonville, Ky; god-daughter: Tonia Davis of Madisonville; siblings: William (Luzia) Watkins of Virginia Beach, and Tesia Watkins of Fairbanks, AK; aunts: Sylvia McNary and Gladys Davis of Madisonville, KY, and Diane Jackson of Indianapolis, IN.
