DeAngelo Lee Carter, 32, of Evansville, IN was born May 01, 1988. He passed away January 15, 2021. Deangelo was the son of the late Bobby Crowe and Movita Carter.
DeAngelo known as “D-Low” loved music, rapping, and being with family. He did what he wanted to do no matter what, with a smile and laughter. D-Low was outgoing and always spoke his mind from Evansville to Los Angeles. He was always the same, and he made the room laugh. People grew to expect the most with D-Low because he was the life of the party.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by, brother: Dushawn Carter; sister: Devonna Carter.
DeAngelo leaves to cherish his memory, brother: Harrison Shemwell; sisters: Dianca Carter and Ebony Shemwell.
