Christopher Green

Christopher “Joe Rock” Green was pronounced deceased on July29, 2022. Chris was born April 27,1966 to the late Leeroy and Trudy Posey. He accepted Our Lord and Savior ,Jesus Christ, at an early age and attended Independence Baptist Church.

Chris attended Henderson County High School and received his GED. He was employed by AmeriQual Foods. Chris loved to cook and BBQ, but his passion was fishing on his boat. He never met a stranger with his infectious laugh and smile.

Chris is survived by three brothers : Bruce and Mitchell Posey of Henderson, KY; Leeroy “Dirk” Posey (India) of Indianapolis, IN and one sister: Paula( Rob)Dickman of McCordsville,IN.

Wake service will be held 6-8 pm on August 5,2022 at R. Mason Brothers Memorial Chapel ,1001 Lincoln Ave , Evansville , IN . Funeral services will be held 12 noon on August 6,2022 at Independence Baptist Church,2301 W Virginia St. , Evansville,IN with Rev Gerald Arnold officiating .Burial will be in UBF Cemetery , Corydon,KY .
