China Lorraine Hall

China Lorraine Hall, age 28, of Evansville, IN went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 28, 2016.

China was born on February 17, 1988 to the late Dr. Anthony Hall and Diane Tyler Barnett. She was a graduate of North High School and attended Ivy Tech Community College pursuing credentials as a surgical technician. China previously worked for C.A.P.E. of Evansville and was an employee of Springleaf Corporation.

China was outgoing, compassionate, fashionable, and loving. She was such a beautiful person. She was the “glue” of her family that held everyone together with her amazing personality and beautiful smile. She was a loving mother and adored and cherished every moment she spent with her son. China would do anything for anybody.

She is survived by the love of her life, her son, Christian Hall; mother, Diane Tyler (William Barnett, III); sister, Rakia Monique Lynch; brothers: Kareem and William “Billy” Strother (JoAnna); nieces: Mikayla Strother, Nautica Garrison, Mariah Strother, Maliyah Strother, Elexis Bernavil, Lynette Strother and Maya Strother; nephews: William (Liam) Strother and Jayden Bernavil; aunts; uncles; cousins; and close friends: Saadia Miles, Brittany Harrison, and Brooke Ashley.

A Homegoing Celebration will be held on Friday, March 4, 2016 at 11:30am at Memorial Baptist Church, 605 Canal Street, with Rev. Adrian Brooks, officiating. Same day visitation will be from 8:00am until service time, also at the church. Burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Mason Brothers Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
