Charles Edward Street

Charles Edward Street, the son of Lillie Mae Street and Jewett Street departed this life August 12, 2015 at Kindred Hospital in Nashville, TN. Charles finally came to peace after a long and courageous battle with kidney disease and other health problems.
Born July 5, 1954 in Mayfield, KY, Charles accepted Christ at an early age. He graduated from Mayfield High School where he loved all sports, especially wrestling. Charles lived at home with his family all of his life and created lasting friendships. He was a gentle and very loving person who loved taking walks and spending time with his family. He always stuck by his mother who he loved dearly.
Charles was preceded in death by his father Jewett Street and his two sisters, Addie Mae Street and Beverly Street Heady. He leaves behind to cherish his memory: his loving Mother, Lillie Mae Street of Mayfield, KY; Brothers: Robert Taylor of Moreno Valley, CA, Algene Taylor (Theresa) of Lancaster, CA, Goldie Taylor. of Mayfield, KY; Nieces: Lanesha Mayfield and Lisa Hall (Alex); and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends who hold Charles’ memory in their hearts.
