On Friday, March 5, 2021, at 1:28 a.m. Heaven received another angel. Carlena Denise "Necy" Buckner Lowe was born on July 4, 1973 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky to Nannie Cobb and the late Rev. James Buckner

Carlena attended Paducah Tilghman High School and graduated in the Class of 1991.

She was preceded in death by a brother, James D. Maxwell.

Left to cherish her memories are her three beautiful daughters: Juanita L. Wilson, Christyle D. Sherley and Armani C. Buckner, all of Evansville, IN. one granddaughter: Carlayah Sherley; two grandsons: Kai’Dyn and Kai’Syn Gray; five sisters: Clarissa Maxwell of Evansville, IN, Ja’Nita Gaines of Indianapolis, IN, Nani Buckner of Louisville, KY, Bernita Cobb of Henderson, KY and Bernadette Cobb of Hopkinsville, KY; two brothers: James K. Maxwell, Jr. of Avon, IN and DeMarcus Garland of Louisville, KY, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, one great-niece, and four great-nephews.

Due to the pandemic, masks will be required and social distancing will be practiced.
