Anthony Allison

Anthony “Tony” Allison, age 56, of Madisonville KY, went home to be with Jesus on September 3, 2016 at 3:02a.m. at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville IN.

“Tony” was born November 13, 1959 to the union of Frank and Juanita Allison in Gary, Indiana. At an early age, Tony attended Wesley Chapel C.M.E. Church and later professed Christ at Abundant Grace Fellowship. Tony was well known to everyone in the community as a friend and was considered a good “handyman” – always willing to help. He loved everyone and met no strangers.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother and sister, James and Anita Allison.

Tony is survived by his sisters: Beverly Rorer and Franketta Taylor; his brother-in-law, J.T. Taylor; four nieces; six nephews; one God-daughter, Porchia Burroughs of Evansville; special friend, Ken Dean; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Abundant Grace Fellowship Church, 360 South Main Street, Madisonville KY 42431 with visitation from 10:00am until service time at the church.
