Allen Denkins Jr

November 18, 1950 — February 7, 2022

Allen Denkins Jr. was born on November 18, 1950 in El Paso, TX in William Beaumont Army Hospital. He departed his earthly body on Monday morning, February 7, 2022 in Henderson, KY. He was a member of Seventh Street Baptist Church.
Allen loved to travel and was always on the road. Whenever he went to events, he was always well-spoken and well- dressed with a matching hat. He loved his luxury Lincoln cars. He had a passion for fishing and playing cards with family and friends. He had 3 years of college and also had an Associates Degree. He did maintenance work and owned his own company, Chimney King.
His greatest accomplishment was being a father. A father like him is rare. He was very generous, smart and kind. A father like him is what everyone needs – full of smiles and laughter and always doing great deeds. Nothing can replace a father like him but we know when he gets to heaven, God will be pleased to have him.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Patricia.
Allen was loved and cherished and will be greatly missed by his children: Angela (Jerome) of Illinois, Fallen, Allen (Tonia) , Allisha, and Alden all of Henderson, KY; siblings: Anthony and Glen of Illinois, Steve of Kentucky, Kenneth of Las Vegas, Brenda of Kentucky, and Sharon of South Carolina; and a host of loving nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Also, special recognition to his high school sweetheart: Katrina of Henderson, KY and to the late Elizabeth Baker Alden, mother.
