Adeline Wallace

Adeline Wallace, 109, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 30, 2016, at Deaconess Hospital. She was born, one of ten children, to Charlie Frank and Pearl Jones Wallace in Giles County Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.

She relocated to Evansville in 1945. Adeline was employed at General Cigar Factory, by the Troutman family and retired after working for the Jerry Balsdon family for twenty four years.

Adeline loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Line Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include nieces, nephews, cousins and a loving Line Street church family.
Funeral services will be at 12 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Line Street Church of Christ, with visitation from 10 a.m. until service time. Minister Geno L. Merriweather will be officiating. Burial will be at Oakhill Cemetery.
