Margaret Yvette Murray

Margaret Yvette Hayden Murray, age 52, of Henderson, formerly of Sturgis, died August 14, 2017 at Deaconess Hospital. She was born to Clifton Adams and Lorene Brown Hayden in Sturgis, KY on March 23, 1965. Margaret graduated from Job Corps in Augusta, Georgia. She later worked for Walmart as a cashier. As a young child, Margaret joined Mt Sterling Cumberland Presbyterian Church where she was active in children & youth activities and as an adult.
As she grew up, Margaret learned to cook and enjoyed preparing soul food for her family and friends. Her favorite past-time was watching television and relaxing.
She is survived by daughters: Renekia Hayden of Mayfield & Afton Hayden of Owensboro; son: Lamar Hayden (Jasmin) of Indianapolis; brothers: Garfield Hayden of Cleveland, OH, William Hayden of Bowling Green, Leslie Hayden “Jeno” of Springhill, FL & Curtis Hayden of Elkton; grandchildren: Keonta Lowery of Mayfield, Arianna Hayden of Owensboro, Jorlynn Medina, Jorge Medina both of Mayfield, Keillan Hayden, Kyrie Hayden both of Indianapolis; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
